Victorien Delannée is a cheminformatics scientist at Deep Origin, where he focuses on computational methods to accelerate molecular design and synthesis. Previously, he led cheminformatics efforts at Strateos and a stealth-mode biotech, and conducted postdoctoral research at the National Cancer Institute on reaction informatics, synthesis planning languages (SLICE/CHMTRN), virtual library design (SAVI), and machine learning for reaction conditions. He earned a PhD in bioinformatics from Université de Rennes I, where his work spanned xenobiotic metabolism modeling and cheminformatics pipelines using CDK and RDKit. His expertise includes reaction representation and search (ReactionCode), synthesis planning, virtual screening library generation, and applied ML for chemistry.
