Srinivas Gorur-Shandilya is a computational neuroscientist and scientific programmer working in drug discovery at Deep Origin, where he serves as Lead Computational Scientist. He specializes in large-scale neural data analysis, unsupervised machine learning, and scientific computing toolchains, leveraging a PhD in Neuroscience from Yale University and postdoctoral research at Brandeis University. Previously, he led computational neuroscience efforts at Inscopix, applying SOTA algorithms to characterize network dynamics relevant to brain disorders and therapeutics.
