Lev Tsidilkovski, Ph.D.

Lev Tsidilkovski is a computational chemist and Scientist I at Deep Origin. He earned his PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Brandeis University, where he led computational research on molecular dynamics for drug delivery mechanisms, structure–activity relationships, and drug scaffold state prediction. His expertise spans all-atom and coarse grained molecular dynamics simulations of free energy and self assembly, robust data pipeline automation, and interdisciplinary collaboration bridging computation and experiment to inform drug discovery.
