Constantine Kreatsoulas

Constantine Kreatsoulas is Head of Toxicology at Deep Origin, where he leads the company’s toxicology strategy and the development of Virtual Human Avatars of Toxicology. These predictive models combine human-relevant assays, AI, molecular simulation, and systems modeling to forecast human organ-level toxicities as part of the ARPA-H CATALYST program. Over more than 25 years in drug discovery, his work has spanned molecular design, predictive chemistry, and computational toxicology. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Head of Discovery Technology Sciences, and previously Senior Vice President, Head of Research, at Circle Pharma. There, he built teams that delivered several development candidates and clinical assets, and led multiple alliances with top-10 pharma companies end-to-end serving as Joint Steering Committee lead. At GSK, he was Head of Computational Toxicology and Head of Molecular Design US, and he established the company’s partnership with MIT’s MLPDS consortium. He began his career with roles at Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb and holds a PhD in Chemistry from Princeton University and a BA in Mathematics from New York University.
