Ph.D.VP, Drug Discovery and Product Strategy
Ann Mongan is Vice President, Drug Discovery and Product Strategy at Deep Origin. She was previously an Executive Director of Translational Research at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she led biomarker strategy for the protein degradation platform, shepherding preclinical and clinical assets (including BMS-986506, mezigdomide) from Discovery to Early Development. Before BMS, she led translational teams at Annexon Biosciences and Abbvie, supporting multiple therapeutic areas including neurodegenerative, autoimmune, and hematologic oncology. Her teams have contributed to multiple clinical milestones for ibrutinib, tanruprubart, ANX005, and ANX009. Her prior research focused on bioinformatics, systems biology, and machine learning methods to analyze multimodal and real world patient data. Ann received her PhD in Bioinformatics from UC San Diego, and BA degree in Chemistry and Genetics at UC Berkeley.
